Terms of Service

1. The Service

MyInvestmentCalc provides financial calculators, projections, comparison tools, charts, tables, data-export features, and related informational tools.

Features may differ between free and paid versions of the Service.

We may add, modify, replace, or discontinue features from time to time.

2. Financial Information Only

MyInvestmentCalc provides calculators and educational information only.

MyInvestmentCalc does not provide investment, financial, tax, accounting, or legal advice and does not act as your investment adviser, broker, fiduciary, accountant, or attorney.

Calculator outputs depend on assumptions and information entered by users. Actual investment returns, taxes, inflation, market conditions, fees, and other results may differ substantially from calculated projections.

You are responsible for evaluating information produced by the Service and for making your own financial decisions.

3. Accounts

Some features require an account.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for activity occurring through it.

You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

You may not impersonate another person or use another person’s account without authorization.

4. Free Service

The free version may:

• display advertising;
• limit the number of simultaneously compared scenarios;
• limit saved or synchronized calculations;
• restrict data-export options; and
• exclude certain advanced features.

Free features and limits may change over time.

5. MyInvestmentCalc Pro

A paid MyInvestmentCalc Pro subscription may include features such as:

• removal of MyInvestmentCalc advertising;
• additional or unlimited comparison scenarios;
• cloud saving and restoration of calculations;
• synchronization between supported devices;
• advanced analysis features; and
• exporting calculations or reports.

Specific Pro features are described on the pricing or subscription page at the time of purchase.

6. Billing and Automatic Renewal

MyInvestmentCalc Pro is billed according to the price and billing period shown before purchase.

Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period until canceled.

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize the applicable payment provider to charge the subscription price and applicable taxes for each renewal.

Prices may change. If a price change applies to an existing subscription, we will provide notice where required before the new price takes effect.

7. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription using the account or subscription-management controls provided by MyInvestmentCalc or our payment provider.

Cancellation stops future automatic renewals.

Unless otherwise stated or required by law, access to Pro features continues through the end of the billing period already paid for.

Deleting the application or ceasing to use the Service does not by itself cancel an active subscription.

8. Refunds

Except where required by applicable law or expressly stated otherwise in our Refund Policy, subscription payments are non-refundable after they have been charged.

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact support@myinvestmentcalc.com.

9. Saved Data and Exports

You remain responsible for the calculator information and other content you enter into the Service.

You grant us the limited rights necessary to host, process, synchronize, and display information you choose to save to your account for purposes of providing the Service.

Exported PDF, spreadsheet, CSV, HTML, Markdown, JSON, or other files are provided for convenience. You are responsible for maintaining your own copies of information that is important to you.

We do not guarantee permanent storage of user-created calculations.

10. Acceptable Use

You may not:

• interfere with or disrupt the Service;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts or systems;
• circumvent security or access controls;
• use automated systems in a manner that materially disrupts the Service;
• introduce malware or malicious code;
• use the Service for unlawful purposes; or
• misrepresent your relationship with MyInvestmentCalc.

11. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, graphics, branding, text, and other original content, is owned by or licensed to MyInvestmentCalc and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

These Terms give you permission to use the Service for personal or otherwise authorized purposes. They do not transfer ownership of the Service or its intellectual property to you.

12. Third-Party Services

The Service may rely on or link to third-party services, including authentication, payment, advertising, and hosting providers.

Those services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

We are not responsible for third-party services that are outside our control.

13. Availability

We aim to provide a reliable Service but do not guarantee that the Service will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or free of defects.

We may perform maintenance, modify functionality, or suspend features when reasonably necessary.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available.”

We disclaim warranties not expressly provided in these Terms, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the extent such disclaimers are permitted by law.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyInvestmentCalc and its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to MyInvestmentCalc during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.

16. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you materially violate these Terms, misuse the Service, create security risks, or engage in unlawful activity.

You may stop using the Service at any time and may request account deletion through the available account controls.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

If a change materially affects an existing paid subscription, we will provide notice where required.

Continued use of the Service after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.

18. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of WA/USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise.

Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Spokane County, Washington, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
